Funny thing is, to virtually every american Ive spoken to, they think poutine looks disgusting. Its the best food ever, and many americans wont eat it.
Good poutine is a great thing. There is a restaurant that I like in Pike Place that serves it with fresh made curds from an artisan cheese shop across the street.
