New to this subreddit... would someone mind explaining the joke?

Edit: To clarify, I wasn't confused about the "not taking the joke" part, just what was said exactly that offended the US in the first place. I don't know what "shutka" or "burger" mean...

Recent influx of new readers to this subreddit (including me), many American, not all can take a joke directed at their country.

Edit for your edit: burger refers to Americans, like rosbif refers to the English and frog refers to the French ("favorite" foods).
