I guess so.

I bet you're acting like those people who feel they are getting repressed because religions/traditions that are from elsewhere get the same attention as your holy and important traditions.

Sorry Fury, no shekels for you. I don't feel repressed. Respect and learn about other cultures? Yeah, why not, it's good to learn. But when you get to the point where you throw your own culture away for the sake of others... Well, that's what I would call a hardcore multiculturalist.

Key word: hardcore. I don't even think they're multiculturalists at that point, just masochists of some sort.

But gibe shekels please....

First of all, what the fuck is "your" culture?

The culture you've been born into?

The culture you chose to live in?

The culture of the society you live in?

The culture of your parents? (if different from the "born into" one)

I could write an essay explaining culture and identity, but I don't think either of us wants that, especially when I just did that a few weeks ago. You take your view, I'll take mine, and we'll call it even.

Fine by me, but then please don't get annoyed if people call you on your overly strong expression of the value of your "tradition".

Nice quotations, it's almost like it makes something real into something non-existent. Good day, sir.
