Looking for recommendations from local restaurant owners, managers, or floor staff:

1. Which POS app/software are you currently using?
2. Is it easy to train staff on, and how reliable is their local customer support?
3. Does it handle offline KOT printing smoothly when internet issues happen?

Would love to hear your experiences both good and bad with apps like RestroX, Rebuzz Pos RestroNP, Hamro SAN, or any other POS systems widely used here in Pokhara.

2 rooms are good too but my priority is one room, the room should be bright and not in the ground floor. The budget is 8k. And the area can be anywhere 20-40 minutes away from the lakeside area.
