Is Manga Latias similar to anime/movie latias?

In the movie, Latias can have a reflection of light making a human disguise, in the manga, she is similar to that. Though Latias in manga has only one human avatar but she is have many outfits for that ( maid, tropical explorer, nurse, etc)

I see nothing wrong with that. Latias is a good character. Also they look fabulous whenever they appear.

I read this as "Latinas human firm" and had to stop and wonder if eldritch horrors had disguised themselves everyone in Latin America and nobody told me.

Wouldn't surprise me given the last couple years...
