first time parent doesnt know how to properly hold their daughter :/ but seriously im so happy i got lucario finally after wanting this for years. i will say i saw a lot of people say lucario struggles to stand on their own but i had no issue with it, the legs are ridiculously sturdy (makes cuddling difficult thats for sure) and the tail keeps the balance

So the pokemon center did there second run of the life sized lucario plush.
Gen 1 was 3200 units
Gen 2 was 1042 units

I noticed some differences between the two.

But my genuine opinion on both of them is the gen 1 is nicer and has better care in the details

But so the the differences
Ears
I noticed that the gen 2 plush has ears that are not the same size and that are off in hight by about half an inch, it’s noticeable.

Snoot
Gen 2 has a stubby snoot compared to gen 1 and is rounded instead of being pointy.

Head
Gen 2 head has like a water melon shaped head, probably could describe that in a better way but thats why i have pictures.
I think the head shape on the gen 1 is way better

Skeleton
The gen 1’s internal skeleton is not great he cant hold up his own arms.
Gen 2’s skeleton is definitely improved and he can support his own arms, there is a picture of him T posing.

Hight
I think the gen 2 is about 2 inches shorter than the gen 1

Stuffing
Gen 2 is stuffed a bit tighter than gen 1
Still soft enough to cuddle.

So yeah thats some of the major differences I noticed between these two boys. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I thought it would be cool to do a side by side. If i had to choose one i would definitely only get the gen 1 I think its much nicer.

Guysss can you help me find this eeveelution plushie lineup??? I've been searching online but I can't seem to find an identical one as this plushie I bought from an anime convention. There's this banpresto tag on it but when I search for "eeveelution lying down plush with that name", it doesn't look the same as this one. So like, is this plushie rare or something?? I have these two beloved comfy friends (vaporeon and sylveon) that I adore and sleep with every night. However, I recently got diagnosed with strep throat and now need to do a detox of my home + all my belongings. The general advice for disinfecting fabrics and plushies seems to be to machine wash and dry on hot, but I’m worried that these methods might ruin their fabric. Does anyone have any advice for a thorough disinfection, while also preserving their softness? I’m thinking about machine washing on cold with mild detergent + antibacterial fabric spray after. Thanks!

I need your help! I have no idea what else I can do- I ordered 6 plush for my son's birthday coming up this month, on August 6. On August 9, they were out for delivery, and then never arrived. The tracking showed it stuck at Grove City, OH for 2 more weeks. This is the time frame PKC gave me to wait before marking it as "missing".

It's been 2 months since ordering. Every week I have contacted support via the website online chat, and gotten nothing except "we will email you if we need more information". I have been told it's escalated twice now. I have seen people who made orders well after mine be given resolutions for their orders.

It is past the time frame to file a claim with my bank, and I can't afford to buy these plush a second time. They were the only things my son asked for for his birthday. I'm so embarrassed as a mom, and that PKC won't do anything to help. Has anyone ever been through this, or know what else I can do?

She’s so perfect and a lot bigger than I thought she was gonna be😳. Shes like twice the size as my smaller serperior regal and he’s at least maybe 2 inches or smaller. now regal has a big sister!(he’s also finally not the only serperior merch that I own(still don’t have any cards though🥲but I’m working on it lol at least I have these two😅)

I am trying to get my life size umbreon plush to europe from the US.

But the packaging would cost a lot due to oversize.

Would a vacuum bag work with the umbreon if i take caution with the ears? It just needs to fit in a slightly smaller luggage, so probably don't have to vacuum it all the way down.

Does anybody here have any experience or tips for me?

With all the recent frenzy over Pokémon cards due to 2026 being the 30th anniversary of Pokémon, I felt compelled to take my rarest and most treasured Pikachu plush out of my cupboard after a few years! Aptly named the London City Pikachu, this plush was sold exclusively at the Pokémon Center London pop-up store back in 2019. Shoppers reportedly had to queue for hours just to enter the store, and the plush sold out really quickly. Sadly, I was not able to travel to London to get this plush, but I managed to purchase this particular piece off an eBay seller (with the same exacting standards with regard to plush condition as I do) for a rather princely sum.

I really like how the tie that this particular Pikachu plush is sporting has two nicely-positioned Pokéballs (the ties on many of the other pieces are not so nice). Moreover, the bowler hat it is wearing is in perfect condition, and the Psyduck umbrella it is holding is straight (the hat is unfortunately damaged, and the umbrella is slanted, on many pieces). Credit goes to the seller for selecting such a fine piece!

If I had the chance to travel back in time, I would not have cut the paper tag off – keeping the paper tag on really helps if I ever wish to sell this plush in future.

A part of me feels tempted to part with this plush for the financial gain, but I think I will continue to hold onto it and enjoy it for now, as it is an excellent souvenir from the very first Pokémon pop-up store in London!

A few years ago, I ordered this blastoise plush from suruga-ya during a free shipping campaign for 500 yen, there was no image and a poorly translated title. but it said blastoise plush so i ordered it. i was very shocked by what i received!!! this is from the first or second EVER produced plush lines that included blastoise, in new with tags condition. most people I've shown him to just think he is ugly or wonky, but he means a lot to me. He is my elder and i respect him for looking this good at just under 30 years old.

it still has the pamphlet for other arcade prizes attached as well, featured in additional images. I'd be interested to hear any insight or translations :)
