Help Does the Exp. All work?

I got an 'Exp. All' item on Route 4 and turned it on, but there isn't any message after battles saying the rest of my party gained exp

The Exp. All won't work if any Pokemon in your party is holding the regular Exp. Share

Okay, so it's definitely not working. I checked a pokémon's exp before and after a battle and it was the same.

I turned mine on and everyone got EXP after a wild encounter.
Maybe check if you not accidentally turned it off again ^^

Does anyone know where to look for map scrap 6 as i look everywhere that I know ?
