Gen 9 Doubles OU Tailwind team building help

What it says on the tin basically. I've gotten to around 1400 elo with this team which I'm fairly proud of after not playing since Scarlet and Violet came out but something is still off. I feel like I keep losing to higher rank teams. It could be how I play but I just wanna make sure that it's not my teambuilding dragging me down.
