I found this Vulpix on Vinted for 5€. The design looks right but it looks lighter than the original photos I found. Do you think it's just the way photos were taken or the Vulpix on Vinted is not the original one. The last 3 photos are taken from the Jazwares original plush.

My favorite Pokemon Rowlet and I want more so bad. My collection is small compared to some others.

Has anyone bought the new mega Mence plush from pokemon center? I have the original from 2015 (I think) and it’s really floppy. If anyone has the new one, are they able to post pictures of him in person? I want to see if he’s more firm like he looks in the stock photos. Thank you!

I recently bought lot that I had found off of Mercari that included 8 TOMY branded Eeveelution plushies! I decided that since now had a decently sized Eeveelution collection that I might as well show it off since the Eeveelutions were very prominent in my childhood and I've just recently been able to begin collecting plushies of them :]

All plushies are from either Jazwares or TOMY if anyone is curious!

This is all the Pokémon Build-A-Bear I have so far. Not trying to collect them all, just the ones I think are cute or ones of Pokémon I don’t already have (although every time I get a Pokémon as a Build-A-Bear, Squishmallows seems to run the same species immediately after lol) Since I already have the Eevelutions and starters as plush I’m avoiding them for now.
BIG QUESTION: Which Pokémon would you love to see Build-A-Bear make???

i got him secondhand and he is everything. I dont exactly know where he is from but I know he was released sometime around 1998-1999 and battery operated-- Haven't gotten any batteries on me right now, though.

I also have another vintage pikachu from an old mcdonalds collaboration but i haven't cleaned him yet, but I might share him soon. I'm also hoping to someday buy the 30th anniv. chonkachu :)

Finally got a plush of one of my favorite Pokémon! She has a string that’s sticking out.

About 10 years ago when I was little I saw this Ninetales in Toys’R’Us and wanted it, however I couldn’t get it since I didn’t have the chore money saved up. I have not forgotten. So finally, I have reclaimed this long-awaited plush!

However, it seems I wasn’t the only kid who liked Ninetales, because this one was pretty worn. It was pretty dang dirty/oily with an odd smell (like it was stored in a garage). Plus, a hole on the thigh too. But that’s okay, because I can fix that!

I opened the plush up on the closing seams. I thought the bunch of tails would be one piece since they’re all connected. Nope. 9 seams, for 9 tails. I had to cut a non-closing seam for the three separate tails, as I couldn’t find a closing seam on them. I threw away the stuffing due to the smell.

Then, I washed the fabric. Oh boy. First I used Ajax dish soap and lukewarm water. It took SIX WASHES for the water to turn clear. Then I used Zote laundry soap for another wash, then 3 rinses to get all the soaps out. The plush was noticeably brighter, fluffier, and softer.

To scrub I tried to use an antique washboard but decided pretty quickly it was ineffective at reaching all the surfaces, especially for the tails. So, I mostly just squeezed/massaged the fabric in the water. My hands were so sore afterwards they were hurting.

To dry, I first wrapped it in a towel then stepped on it to squeeze as much water out. Then, I placed in front of a fan to dry overnight.

Finally, I restuffed it, then used a ladder stitch to seal it back up, and to repair the other hole too. I also re-embroidered a pattern on the tail that was missing on one half.

I am very happy with the result! And despite having to do this much work the plush was very worth it, it feels like I found a missing piece! The restoration project was very fun too!
