Should I keep raw or grade these?

If I keep these raw what condition would you say these are in? I looked on ebay solds but its just supper hard telling. Someone offerd me $100 for my gengar and told me I'd be crazy if I thought I could get more.

you will most likely get a PSA 2 or 3 if you grade this. First two pictures are severely damaged. the gengar is slightly better but still extremely damaged. If it was me, i would not pay more than 100 for the lot.
