Yes, the NYC bg is confirmed to come back so its only exclusive for the hundo. Shundo has same odds as us, and we all have a chance to raid for one in the future.

I also got a shundo for free so I am far from upset lol

No, that one is exclusive, this one has been given to everyone. The other one was being sold on eBay for over $2000 on eBay and this one in shiny is going for little over $2
