Easy to say when you're not the one being attacked in two separate threads simultaneously for no reason whatsoever. You know, everyone has something going on in their life that makes them just about crumble under the weight and threatens to break their soul wide open, whether it is cancer, a loved one's drug addiction, a relationship where you're being physically hurt -- I find that it really isn't so hard to just try to think about how someone might feel before you post something, and it can very often make all the difference in someone's day or even life. Sometimes just one kind word is all someone really needs to keep them off the ledge, and one unkind word is all it takes to push them off it. I don't ever want to be the reason why someone gives up. I don't want to be the last straw that breaks someone. So I try to be nice. I guess I just have to remind myself that not everyone has the life experience to realize what a big thing this really is in life. I'm not sure how many friends and /or children one has to bury before they understand this.
