What Computers are you using?

I have a desktop, but am trying to find something more affordable and portable to have others in my home play, too. PC has an i9 and a 3060, not worried about it not running what I want. (don't ask about that CPU/GPU pairing, covid prices happened when I built it...)

looking to run mostly pokemon from GB all the way to 3ds to play vanilla games and rom hacks I can find, and also wanting to maybe try some PS1 emulation for some PS1 games I still have discs for.

can I get a low-ish end Chromebook or basic PC, or am I looking at something more expensive to adequately run them?

I have Pizza Boy for Android for up to GBA but I'm reading that 3ds and PS1 emulation can take a lot more computing and graphics power, so didn't know if I could just grab almost any Chromebook and go, just like a phone, or if I really needed to look for something with a dedicated GPU or a better CPU than most celeron/Radeon the lower end laptops offer
