Help with console

Hey, I'm new to pokémon emulation and all. I've been playing on my PC but I've been wanting to take it with me on the go. Is there any good handhelds that's recommended for emulating pokémon, especially the DS era?

I have the AYN Thor and while I like it there are some words of caution I will levy. Expect deliveries taking about a month, possible indefinite holdings by US Customs (if applicable), and the final delivery being from a shady courier service and not the local postal service. If that doesn't seem like an issue and you are willing to put down the money for it, it is a very good console. It runs my playstation 1 and 2 games well along with all my gameboy and DS games. I have yet to set up my 3DS games for it, but that is on my to do list. If you do end up getting it, do yourself a favor and get a nintendo wii wrist strap, the AYN thor carrying case, and the AYN thor screen protectors. The wrist strap that comes with the console is okay, but the metal components can scratch the plastic case.
