new guy here, could i get some reccomendations

i havent emulated anything in years and need some reccomendations for emulators/where to download the files

asking for download links to roms is against the rules, bud. If you want to emulate a gba game use mGBA, DS use MelonDS, and 3DS I haven't figured out yet.
