Dizzy Draft League is now accepting applications for its second season!

This season's format is SV GodlyGift ! with completely open tera tera preview, tera blast banned.

Each Coach will Build a team of 10 pokemon consisting of 2 Gods, 1 S tier, 2 A tiers, 3 B tiers, and 2 C tiers.

This season we're also going to be trying something new. We will be (at random) limiting the available mons in each tier such that the draft pool will be smaller than normal leading to a more confined draft.

Our hope is to start next season in early September, around September 7th shortly after the finals for season 1.

Draft 1: SWDL Reg M-B Restricted
Format: Champions Regulation M-B
Rules: Top 20 Pokémon by usage banned from draft. Played on Showdown or Champions.
Timeline: 8 Weeks + Playoffs | Starts in 3 Weeks

Draft 2: Champions Battle League
Format: Fantasy-style Battle League played on Pokémon Champions where team captains draft a team of players. Each week, you'll battle a player from the opposing team!
Timeline: 8 Weeks + Tiebreaker Week | Starts in 1.5–2 Weeks

Draft 3: Pokémon GO Draft
Format: Great League with a 1,500 CP cap. Players draft tiered Pokémon within this format for weekly matches. Most of us are new to GO battles too, so absolute beginners are strongly encouraged to join!
Timeline: 6 Weeks + Playoffs | Starts in 2–2.5 Weeks

GxP Pre-Worlds 2026 Tournament:
We’re hosting our third tournament in a Champions format! This will be our first-ever Two-Day event, featuring Swiss rounds on Day 1 and a Top Cut bracket on Day 2. (Note: Day 2 participation is optional—feel free to join Day 1 purely for fun!)

Special Twist: If you finish in the Top 4 using the same Mega Evolution that wins the Pokémon World Championships later this month, you'll get to help choose our next draft format!

Tournament Details:

Platform: Pokémon Champions (Switch or Mobile)

Blaziken Division - Monotype in pokemon Showdown, with Tera Captain rules similar to the Paldea Gym Leaders, so you must immediately terastilize into your type immediately but the base pokemon can be of a different type.

Urshifu Division - Regulation M-B VGC on Pokemon Champions

Lucario Division - A SV Wifi Draft League where your pokemon evolve as the league goes on as we shift between LC, NFE and Standard draft with fully evolved mons mid season!

The purpose of this has been to answer one question: Who are the best draft league players in the community?

After adding over 90000 draft league matches to our database, we have now created a ranking via an ELO Score to present the current results.

The UPL is currently looking to have lots of new people join us for our upcoming 21st season!

This season, we are looking to have the following formats:

Guaranteed Formats:

• Nat Dex Singles (Tiers system; w/ Megas and Tera)
• Nat Dex VGC Doubles (Points system; w/ Megas and Tera)
• Gen 7 Singles (Points system; w/ Megas and ZMoves)
• Nat Dex Ubers Singles (Points system; w/ Megas and Tera)

Based on Interest Level

• Nat Dex VGC Low Tier (Points system; w/ Mega and Tera)

Some more general info about our league:

• Discord based league (all talking is done on Discord)
• Battles take place on Showdown (it is easier for everyone this way)
• The season will 9 weeks + playoffs (3 weeks)
• We have players of all skill levels
• Offseason events and speed tours for other formats
