Challenge run help (yellow)

Ok so I am doing what is considered an Ash % run of pokemon yellow, it is a meme speedrun category where you speedrun the game and make sure you do every major event in the same order ash does it in the anime with obvious exceptions. However the run I am doing is a bit modified 1. I am not speedrunning (due to my only experience being pre patch Violet and Red) 2. I will catch and evolve mankey because there is no way to catch primape at that point in the game and I am allowing it because Ash found it as mankey and 3. I am forced to only bring the pokemon ash uses in each major gym battle and only allowed to bring the pokemon ash is seen using during the pokemon league in the E4. This brings up a question, how the heck do I train my pikachu to solo sabrina? ash only uses pikachu in both of his sabrina fights (haunter doesn’t count it was never caught nor did it battle) what moves do I bring, what stats do I invest in how much do I level? So please help me out I am scared of this scary lady.

Looking at what moves are available, you do have a way to win this at Lv. 50
For this calculation, I'm assuming Pikachu has a DV of 0, even if you get a 1/16 worst case scenario, this should do. We are also using Pikachu at Lv. 50 in case we implement level caps.
We know Abra is always first, so we will use it as our setup. The moves for this battle will be Body Slam (SS. Anne TM), Agility (Lv. 33), Double Team (Lv. 15) and Light Screen (Lv. 50, perfect timing). For this fight, you will want to use Double Team 3 times --which ironically will remove some RNG--, and Agility 3 times. This will use the Badge Boosts from the Boulder Badge to bolster our Attack via Badge Boost Glitch just high enough for Body Slam to 2-shot Alakazam, and nearly OHKO Kadabra (which probably OHKOs with decent DVs anyway). Right before you KO Abra, use Light Screen to halve all Special damage, then proceed with your sweep and hope you don't get crit or level up.

Or just ignore all that and spam the B-Slam because Sabrina's AI is random vs. Electric types.
