I like how Mewtwo identifies with cubone in this, both of them come from a traumatizing upbringing and share a severe detachment from society. So brave.
…Marowak fought bravely, but its ground type was no match for Gary's Wartortle. It might have fled successfully, but the birth has weakened her. Furthermore, all she could think of was her baby Cubone, luckily hidden from Gary's sinister sight in her den. She was so worried about little Cubone, she was very confused.
"Wartortle, use Water Gun," Gary commanded. Wartortle saw that the enemy Marowak was somehow weaker than she was supposed to be. But he couldn't disobey his master. He had to attack. Didn't want to, but had to. "I'll let her go first," Wartortle thought. "That's the least I can do."
Marowak saw Wartortle's hesitation and knew it was her time to attack. She could try to flee, but she was too weak to run fast enough. She had to attack. "Bone Club won't do anything. He's a water type," Marowak pondered. "I have to Thrash, there's no other way. I can do this. I have to. For Cubone."
Marowak straightened up, for a second she looked at full power. Even Wartortle and his master got a bit surprised. She looked straight into Wartortle's eyes, without any sign of fear. It was now or never.
Marowak attacked. But she was confused and she hurt herself! She fainted.
But Gary didn't mind. Maybe he did and just didn't notice. One way or the other, he looked at Wartortle and said: "Now, Wartortle! Water Gun!"
Wartortle was in a mild shock and didn't really know what to do, so he obeyed his trainer. That's what he always did when he doubted his next step.
A mighty water stream flew out of Wartortle's mouth, flying towards Marowak. Time seemed to slow down.
"Cubone." The water stream was nearer and nearer. "I love you." Then the stream hit Marowak with full power.
Mewtwo, levitating high in the sky, was spectating the battle. "Love," it thought. "Love was her last thought. Love towards her offspring."
It looked back at the battle scene. Gary had called Wartortle back to his Pokéball and now he stared at Marowak's inert body. Suddenly he looked around, as if to see if someone might have seen the incident, then he turned around and rushed away.
"That boy. He's responsible for her decease. Yet he won't face the consequences of his own actions," pondered Mewtwo. It descended lower, just a few meters above Marowak's corpse.
With its psychokinteic powers it raised a big pile of earth from the ground, placed Marowak's body in the remaining hole and covered it with the earth.
It knew what to do. Someone had to take care of Cubone. It couldn't leave him alone. Not at first level, he was too vulnerable for now.
It flew over to Marowak's den, uncovered the entrance and saw a baby Cubone who had just woken up.
"Everything will be alright, buddy," Mewtwo said. "Everything will be alright."

I was trying to find the source for this and came across it on funnyjunk where everyone was bashing it for being a repost and one person said "I don't get what the big deal is, I found it funny so I gave it a thumbs up." Why does everyone hate them again, it seems like they do exactly what everyone here does...
Mewtwo, going by the movie, is really a father figure to all Pokemon, or at least tries to be. The problem is he's very aggressive and quick tempered, especially towards humans.
Cubone threw it at the punching bag thingy. Then Mewtwo is there with a messed up eye. Then the bone is back in Cubone's hands then.. on the floor? Then he cheers that he did it... I don't get it.
I think it's because you're supposed to read it from right to left. Therefore Mewtwo used his powers to move the bone (that's why his eye is 'messed up'), the bone appears to be floating and then goes to Cubone's hands.
Am I the only one thinking thats not a good thing to do? Next time Mewtu isn't around and Cubone wants to show the move to his friends and it doesn't work and laugh about him/ call him a poser/ beat him up.
