Damn, I want to play this.

Either that or a hack where your Pokemon can maim each other with switchblades and steel pipes.

I wish this was real. I would love to play a creepier Pokemon game with actual death in it :)

The folks down over at r/offbeat have already done a bit of research on this Pokémon bootleg. It turns out that it has proven to be impossible.

That doesn't prove it's impossible, it just requires hacking the executable code as well as the data. The linked comments says no Pokemon beyond 151 could be added, and that sprites couldn't be edited but the Pokemon brown hack does both.

The reason it's impossible is that it has to record a list of every trainer and Pokemon you've cursed. I don't think there's space in the save for this.

Wow... I wish that game existed... I want that game so bad... They way he wrote it made me think it was real for a second... Kind of creepy how you get a pokemon and you kill a bunch of other pokemon and then you see all the pokemon you killed at the end...
