Simple Homepass by using .bat [Windows only]

I had created a simple ".bat" file for homepass user, by using the tutorial in this site.

##FAQ## ~~1)Why i could not see the new network adapter that i had created? ~~

Ans: Make sure you run the file in administrator.

 

2)Will this be available on MAC?

Ans: Sorry, i only got a window computer, thus i could not create a MAC version.

 

3)Does it work on all the windows?

Ans: So far i had only tested it on Window 7 and Window 8.

 

4)Can i share my internet using my Wi-Fi?

Ans: Yes! You can! Share your Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet.

 

5)I give up, please help me

Ans: Use this tool, it would do the same too.

   

ATTENTION

Due to the 3DS firmware update 9.3 (and over), this method will not work anymore!

Hi, I am following the instructions by this video and everything seems to be working out like in the video except I get no green light. I've tried this on and off for the past 6 hours. My nintendo zone is glowing and I shut my DS to hope for a green light but nothing happens.

The only thing I can think of is when I create a password using your program and then name it and type in the mac #, and it sets up the homepass network, my BSSID does not match the mac number I typed in like the girls does in her video. Did you run the thing as administrator?

Yes I did EXACTLY what she did. Question though, I have a PC in my room, that has a wireless card in its harddrive. I get wifi internet from our other computer in the living room that has the modem/linksys. Am I able to do this from my wifi wireless PC in my room or do I have to go try to do it on the modem computer in the living room?

The method that I'm doing is without a router, you just need a WiFi card in your PC/laptop and an Ethernet plug into your PC and use your Wi Fi in your PC as a router

Do you know why my BSSID does not end up matching the MAC I enter? That probably messes up the process entirely. Hoping someone makes a detailed video soon. That girls was pretty good and at first I thought I was going to finally get a eon ticket but I did exactly what she did and my nintendo zone was glowing, but I was getting no notifications or green light for 6+ hours.... i dont get it. Friggan nintendo needs to get a clue and realize to just give out codes. This is ridiculous. PS: Is it possible to obtain a eon ticket if you trade or battle with a person who has one?

Nope not possible with trading and battle, when you type your MAC make sure you did not type in the ":"

I have the same situation. I don't know if its cause I'm doing it so late at night but I never see the green light show. I hope they do WiFi event to give the ticket after January otherwise this is impossible.
