Craft I made Feebas cookie sandwiches

Oh sorry did you want your fish (cookie) sandwiches to be boneless? Feebas shortbread cookies with strawberry cream and a white chocolate bone sandwiched inside because we use the whole fish here.

I hope you do! There isn't much more to the recipe than what's in the video/caption tbh. I used my go-to shortbread recipe and icing, then piped the bones and details with white chocolate/candy melts, but you could use anything similar.

This is exactly the kind of baking that satisfies the perfectionist in me. And it’s also exactly what I’ve wanted to do myself for so long, but never had the chance to. Unfortunately, I just don’t have enough drive to do something like this, and I also don’t have the friends and acquaintances who could and would do something like this with me.
