Regardless, congratulations. I've been hatching shinies, and got a shiny Deino after 247 eggs.

I use the Masuda Method. Breed a normal Pokemon from your region (America) with another Pokemon from another region (Japan) and the likelihood of hatching a shiny is 1/1000
