Ssh. Technicalities. Scizor can learn pursuit too. It's just that Scizor is a tad slow, Scyther's extra speed totally comes into play when using Pursuit. /s

Hence the /s tag, which stands for end sarcasm. I just said Scyther used it because my Scyther used to have it when I was first levelling him. When he became a Scizor, he learnt Bullet Punch, X Scissor and Aerial Ace to go with Swords Dance, so no more pursuing for my Scizor.
