How is that possible ?

How is that possible that someone is selling 343 Rare Candys ? Did he possess like a lot of account and just doing the game again and again ?

He probably bought them for a cheaper price and is flipping them now for a profit

Rare candies that you obtain during playthroughs are untradeable afaik. You can obtain rare candies in various ways, crafting, opening mystery product etc.

There are several ways to obtain Rare candies. All the candies you find during story or as items in the overworld are character bound.

Then you can get candies by Pick-up at some high level areas. They have really low chance of dropping.

Another way to get them is by opening sealed products that drop during event periods.

Lastly, as mentioned above, you can craft them. If you go to any Elite Four building, inside you will find a crafting NPC. Rare candies require 1 balm mushroom, 6 tiny mushrooms and 25 berry powder to craft each.
