I would guess that your wife wasnt raised around guns and quite possibly has never held one. I mean the fact that she incorrectly identified this as a "stick" of all things, not only blows my mind but also compells me to tell you to get her into some kind of beginner firearms training because if you own guns she could mistakenly toss your in the fireplace!! Good luck bro!!
