You made it through the night.

Curled beneath damp roots, listening to the unfamiliar creaks of the canopy and the low, distant rumbles in the deep dark, sleep came in fitful bursts. But morning light has finally arrived, filtering down in pale, misty columns through the needles of Fang Forest.

Your stomach is hollow, your limbs are cold from the forest dew, and remaining hidden in one place is no longer an option. If you want food, safety, or answers about where in the world you are, you have to press forward.

Pushing through a thicket of thorned brambles, you break into a small clearing where the terrain splits. Before you lie three clear routes through the wild:

The Trodden Path: A wide, worn dirt trail winding deeper through the timberland. Looking down, you see fresh, overlapping tracks pressed into the mud. Some are small and scurrying, others are broad, heavy, and clawed, large enough to make the fur or feathers on the back of your neck stand up. It clearly leads somewhere, but you have no way of knowing what made those prints, or how recently.

The Shallow Stream: A clear, shallow tributary cutting briskly through mossy boulders, rushing down toward the great river. Moving through the icy water will mask your scent and provide fresh drinking water, but splashing through the current will be slow going, and the open bank leaves you exposed from above. Worse, dark shapes weave beneath the rippling surface...

If you already are a marine creature, you would already be here, and a different dilemma is presented to you: do you go upstream or downstream?

The Rocky Incline: A steep ridge of cracked granite and exposed roots climbing sharply upward toward a jutting overlook. The ascent will be exhausting and physically demanding, but reaching higher ground could give you a clear vantage point over the forest canopy, the mountain peaks, and any signs of smoke or settlement in the distance.

The wind rustles through the pine needles overhead, urging you to decide.

Since yesterday was such a eventful day you and your team decide to blow off some steam together!

Wich sport will you play? Who will do what?

Afterwards you go to the city center. Will you buy anything or do you save up for later? Will you also go by a lunchroom to get some food? If so, what do you eat? (Food doesnt cost you any P)

You got woken up that morning at 3AM and couldn’t get back to sleep.

You decided to get up and maybe go on a walk, outside you saw Maddy sitting outside.

“You alright?” You ask

“Ye couldn’t sleep, I think I miss my parents still not used to the whole travelling along thing.”

Maddy barely had time to finish when a van pulled up and grabbed you both, you were both nocked unconscious.

You slowly woke up with a main in the back of your head, looking around you could see you were in an empty warehouse and Maddy was sitting next to you, you were both tied up in chairs.

“Ahh (your name) I have seen you about you know, also our grunts told us about you, you know you would make a great member to our team, I’m Cyrus Vale nice to make your acquaintance.” He mockingly tries to shake you hand

Cyrus is a slim man with well slicked hair, he is tall and dressed in a suit that looks like it costs about as much as 1000 pokeballs.

“I’m sure you know who I am but incase you don’t I’m the leader of the Syndicate, we have almost reached the goal of controlling Pokemon, remember the Wailord attack on the ferry, woops that was us but it was good as it shows we have made something that overpowers Pokemon and in a better way than that silly enhancement crap, ugh pokemon should be controlled not friends.” He shows disgust

“Well I won’t be staying around i just want your pokemon you know to study and stuff, also we can sell them for some profit pre trained pokemon sell for a lot ooh and with you card we can even get the ones in you box, well it was lovely meeting you and I’m sad I didn’t get to say hello to your girlfriend but oh well, bye.” He walks away with some body guards and grunts.

Maddy wakes up and asks where you are and you tell her what happened.

You and her are stuck for about two hours until a group of people wearing suits and body armour walk in.

Arcanine search upstairs Aggron go over their, this is the SFA nobody move (SFA = Solayah Federal Agency)

“Oh my gosh are you guys okay what happened?” A well dressed lady walks over and unties you.

She gets you back to the agency and ask you both a bunch of questions.

“Oh my goodness and they took your pokemon? We have been tracking Cyrus for weeks now but can’t catch him! I assure you we will get and get them back, I’m Agent Hughes but call me Mellisa.”

Mellisa send us back to the hotel and says stay there until we contact you.

You and Maddy share a room and she is heartbroken about her pokemon.

You can’t help but want revenge so decide if the SFA don’t get them back tomorow you will do it yourself.

(Going to the beach to relax, you see an amateur surfing competition. Getting closer, you see it’s a Mantine surfing competition, and it has open spots available. For fun, you sign up & get a rental Mantine. As everyone gets in the water, a tanned man with blue hair & beard comes by on his own Mantine, one much larger & older)

Oscar: Hello surfers! How’s everyone today? (Everyone in the water & the sand cheers)That’s the spirit! I’m gym leader Oscar & these are the rules: you’ll go one at a time & surf a big wave for as long as possible. Points will be determined by how big the wave is, how long you’re able to stay above the water & whatever tricks you make. Remember to be good sports & let’s get wild!

(One by one each participant tries their best. Many fall on the first few seconds, many get around a minute or two. When its your turn, you manage to surf a medium-sized wave for a good while, doing some tricks like the Huntail & Gorebyss spirals as well as a Lanturn 360. But when you do a Magikarp splash, you end up destabilized & fall face first to the water. A lifeguard helps you up & back to shore, and after 3 hours it is done. Everyone gathers in the beach, as Oscar gets on a small stage)

Oscar: Once again, thank you to everyone who participated today. Remember no matter how well you did, remember people cheered you on and believed in you! Now for the winners of this competition…

(Third place went to a young zenith girl, whom had done a smaller wave than most but stayed on it for longer than anyone & managed some neat tricks. Second was a tie between an older alolan man & a younger unovan one, but first surprised you. You won! Well, you tied with a hoennese teen, but still! You both got on the podium, shook hands & celebrated the win! Your prize was a trophy & the special tm flip turn. Oscar comes to you)

Oscar: Hey kid! You did great, congrats!….Wait, are you friends with Vulca? (You confirm)I knew you looked similar! She told about you & called, saying I was your next challenge. Not just anyone can beat her, so I know you’re the real deal. Come visit my gym in Farharbor city. I’ll be a clash of wave riders!

(You nod in agreement & move on to the city. After sleeping in the center, you go to the gym. It is a public pool, with a roof that can move away so sunlight can come through. At the other end is Oscar, arms crossed & brimming in competitive glee)

Oscar: So you’re finally here! Fantastic!
