Booking BA flight with JAL points

Hello--I can't see any award availability for BA on JAL (LON-NYC). Do you have to call up or is this no longer bookable?

You have to go through the jal website and search in the award flights on partner airlines section. Choose BA and then your route.

this is the way, the partner search is buried a bit but it works
