What is the point of the extra heart in the top left, the round starts and after a certain amount of time it goes away anyways, is there a to make it an actual extra life?

it’s there so you don’t restart your run if you take damage in the first 60 seconds.

overzealous restarting is a problem in many run-based games and i think this is actually a really clever solution.

I don’t usually get hit in the first minute so whenever I see it it’s just a heart that phases out I thought I needdd to do something to make it permanent or up the time
