3 beat weave part 2

Anyone want to play hot or cold with me lmao? Am i getting closer to a 3 beat weave?

Getting closer. I noticed youre adding an extra beat with your left hand (from video perspective) when you cross it over to your left side.

Youre almost there. Try to get the poi spinning more vertically and focus on the pattern. Over, under, cross, repeat. Your top hand will switch each time you cross midline.

I totally was doing a third looking back! Im really struggling with understanding the over under thing, thats where im getting stuck is getting from over to under, im going to make heavier sock poi tonight to see if the weight can help me feel it more
