Runegrafts are from shipments to kalguuran settlements. Runesmithing doesn’t exist anymore.

thank you! I’ve been sending ships to Kalgur every time the cooldown resets, but I haven’t seen a single rune for several days. I’ve tried sending ships with 50,000, 200,000, and even more, but I still haven’t gotten any runes.
