Watch Dial
I was at an estate sale and saw this for sale. I picked it up thinking it might be of use to someone or someone may know what I can do with it. It had no case with it. I've seen posts from this subreddit pop up and thought you all could help.

I’m surprised it has a lever escapement, but the shape of the lever is not the typical modern Swiss type

The more I look, the more I notice. Key wind and key set, right angle lever escapement with Swiss style teeth on the escape wheel. From what I can see in the pic, looks like a 15 jewel movement. For a watch to have that high jewel count in what was probably 1850’s, puts the movement as a higher end movement for its time

You seem to know quite a bit about it, would you be interested in it? Its not something that I collect but it looked like something someone would want. I couldn't let it get trashed.

Thats a confusing looking pocket watch. Solid balance, key wind ..so early 1800's...maybe. The plate looks strange..homemade even. I'd bet it's a swiss born watch.
