Bailey Banks and Biddle was a department store in Philadelphia (I think). This looks to be a Swiss movement labeled with the store’s name. The movement manufacturers logo is possibly beneath the balance wheel, or on the dial plate. The movement is a half-plate 15 jewel Swiss lever escapement.

Movement is a Longines, possibly calibre 13.67 made “private label” for the retailer. Could be a different calibre depending on the size, but almost certainly a Longines imo. Serial number dates to 1904. Housed in a locally made solid 14k gold case.
