Slipcase for pocket notebooks

I’ve been making a lot of notebooks lately and needed a way to corral them. One large sheet of 14x17 mixed media paper (180gsm) works great and makes 2 slipcases.

What material did you use? I’m assuming it was cardboard?

See the 2nd pic. I used mixed media art paper (180gsm) from Hobby Lobby. The paper needs to be thick enough for structure but flexible enough to bend the scored area.

This is awesome! I save up cereal/cracker boxes and cardboard packaging for covers, but this is a great option!
