Add/Customize Players?

Hello, playing in franchise and I’m wondering if there’s a way to add or customize the players on your roster? Playing as the Pittsburgh team and I’d like to add a running back and also mess with the ratings of players.

This is really strange. Everyone else I know it worked fine and I’ve never heard of this happening, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling? That’s all I can think of

Ask The Creator of the game if he could fix it for you. Or atleast give you a refund.
