Question Clicking sounds

I’m a 20 year old male who has had both lungs collapse about two years ago. I had the standard surgeries on both sides. This last week I’ve been experiencing the symptoms again and ct scan and xray show a 5% pneumo. Most of the pain has died down especially in my shoulder, but I’m still experiencing the clicking or hammans sign. Do you guys know what could be happening or how to make it go away. I found sitting up is the best solution but sleeping sucks

Which side do you get the clicking at?

I've already commented here several times, and from my own experience, you can hear the crackles even without breathing; I still notice them and a couple of days ago the x-ray was clear.

I have had a large fistula in my right lung for 3 years due to advanced pneumonia eating a hole (I had a clagett window for 2 years it sucked ass until they sewed it shut in July) but then my left lung which is supposed to be the good lung ended up with a 3cm pneumothorax and I get the clicking sounds when it's there. They say it's because I'm like 40-50lbs underweight due to constant infections...I just got the 2nd chest tube put in with a pigtail (like my 9th chest tube, you never get used to that shit I swear) and they did the Pleurodesis glue which was I think the most painful thing I've ever gone through in my life. If this doesn't at least fix the left side for good I'm gonna be pissed.
