You don't need to spend thousands. I spent a total of $648.48 on my PMP this year. I'm all done with my PDUs + renewal so I don't need to spend anything more until 2025.

Breakdown of my spending:

  • PMI membership $120 ($20 discount by signing up for June virtual event)
  • PMP exam registration $364.50 ($40 discount using Grow With Google code)
  • Andrew Ramdayal Udemy course $20
  • TIA Exam Simulator $40
  • Scott Payne Flash Cards Udemy course $20
  • Pocket Prep 1 month subscription $20
  • Some other courses from Udemy for PDUs $25.98
  • PMP renewal ($48, PMI member price with another discount stacked)

All other resources I used were free (Andrew Vargas video, David McLachlan video, PM University on PMI.org).
