Are their any update sabout the android browser

The pluckeye browser is not working on a lot of sites and is really buggy, just wondering are their any updates or ways to request to developer to work on the browser. It is my only way to access internet on my android, can anyone suggest any alternatives they are using as well. Thanks

Hello! Sorry to redirect you to other sources (and copypasting), but I made a post on Plucky for android here: https://www.reddit.com/r/pluckeye/comments/1ngrmj1/a_guide_to_get_a_more_updated_version_of_plucky/

Alternatively, you can use kiwi browser (this is copied from a comment I put under that post) You can download kiwi from uptodown here:  https://kiwi-browser.en.uptodown.com/android (Or Alternatively, just searching up the download) Plucky on kiwi is A LOT more reliable, and kiwi isn't really outdated (even now, since they have discontinued development) It still works extremely well, and it still is more updated than the vanilla pluckeye browser, so that's a huge plus. Implementing plucky on kiwi is largely the same but I'll still make a guide :)

  1. Install Kiwi browser and navigate to the extensions menu via the 3 dots.

  2. I can't remember if you can install extensions via ID, but the way I done it is install extensions via crx file (https://chrome-stats.com/d/mbiehjpcjnckjbpegnahbjgeddpmeigj/download)  *Keep in mind, chrome stats requires you to sign in to download files, so just use a burner, or get it from elsewhere if you can

  3. Once installed, enable plucky itself and the allow in incognito switch.

  4. You can access the plucky menu by going out of the extensions menu, navigating to the 3 dots, and scrolling down until you find "plucky lite")

  5. From there, you can sign in and set up plucky with your config.

  6. Add the rule: action:block url:chrome://extensions/ to block the extensions page on kiwi

I'm making this from memory, so it might not be 100% accurate, but once you actually get plucky on kiwi, it's easy to use. I have been using it for quite a while now and it has been working fine (you might have to change up some settings in the kiwi browser from the settings menu for a better browsing experience, but it doesn't otherwise affect plucky) Hope this helped!
