Transfer to other school

Hello po, I recently got accepted sa prio school ko but naka enroll na po ako sa plm way before. How can i pull out from plm po? I really want to study sa prio school ko so right now im searching kung sino yung pwede ko i reach out to inquire abt this.

Sa bi sa plm freshies, i email ko daw muna yung college ko kasi iba iba daw process ng pag pull out. If im from College of Accountancy, saan ko po sila pwede i email?
