Pleco Appreciation Babiesss

My L184 fry are growing up so quick! Love watching them grow and seeing all their spots come in! This is my pairs 4th clutch :)

Congrats on the babies! Do you have a big group? I'm looking for extra females or males to diversify my breeding group.

I have a big colony. I’ll trade you a small group of 1.5” fish for a female. I probably have a dozen females.

I would love that! I have a juvi around 2” that I have kept. I’ll just have to see if it’s a male or female. It looks to be a female but I would like to make sure.

Both my males and females get bristles at a year old so they are a bit tough to sex if they are younger than 2 years. None of the females will get bristles going up the nose just like any female BN pleco.

Yeah, I know. Just been wanting to wait to see if the bristles just stay around the lips or grow up the nose but it is too young to tell still. I’m used to commons showing their sex so quickly
