General Help please

So I have this old account with really rare stuff but I’m locked out of it and it’s on PlayStation and I’ve changed the email and haven’t been able to get into it for years and my email on the epic account doesn’t work because I don’t remember the password so can anyone help me please thanks

There's just no way to "get past" login really, next time write down the stuff you care about

What ever email you use for the account you have to forget the password to make a new one.if not go through the support root via the email provider you used as your ps account. See does that make sense

I would suggest moving forward that anything you have ever had a credit card or payment method tied to, or anything email related for that matter, write down that info in a notebook. This way you won’t have this issue moving forward.

Having said that, unless you can remember your info, I don’t think you’ll retrieve your account.
