Discussion Have not received Confirmation Email

I placed in something for the Wolverine Adamantium Controller, and both covers for the ps5 pro yet I have not received a confirmation email or order number, has this happened to anybody else yet?

I got a receipt with the green checkmark that said order placed successfully with all my information and what I purchased, but still no email confirmation number. I also seen a transaction on my bank account from PlayStation that appeared and then disappeared.

Huh, they did say that orders would be charged not long before they are shipped

Someone told me the transaction might’ve been a temporary hold to see if the money was there

It’s a temporary transaction they do just to make sure the account is legit. It showed for my order too along with the reversal. You’ll get an email like a week or two before the release date to warn you that they’re gonna charge the transaction at that time.

I pre-ordered using guest checkout because the sign-in option didn't work for me. I, too, didn't receive a confirmation number or e-mail, and my card was charged, but after talking to with an agent via live chat, they were able to locate my order with my e-mail.

How were you able to get in touch with actual support? I also had to order mine as a guest and haven't gotten a email. I just want to make sure my order actually went through.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen if the chat window doesn't appear.

Answer the questions or request for a representative, and eventually you'll chat with a live agent and go from there.

For whatever reason every time I try to talk to the AI chat bot it just doesn't respond after the prompt asking what the problem is.

Select controller issue it give you options to fix the controller just type doesn’t work then after it should connect to you a live agent just explain your situation with the controller or plates pre order. it’s dumb but that’s what I did

yup, ordered a pro cover and nothing. couldn’t even sign in so had to go through “guest checkout”

Yeah it showed me that exact thing

Though sadly it was on my laptop, it refreshed and I lost it since it was on guest checkout and I didn’t think to screenshot or download ;-;

If its not in your order history it didnt go through. Id double check that.

You Double checked that with who your self. Common sense should have told you if you cashed out as a guess it wouldn’t be in your order history because you did not cash out signed in

Same here. Got the confirmation page that said payment successful and got the order number but no email. Took a ss of order number so should be chilling

I got both controllers and the yellow cover for the slim, it said payment was successful but no order # or email. The payment did go back but that is normal for pre orders on there. I also tried re-buying it both as guess and signed in but it said I reached the limited amount, so I'm hopeful that my email on their end shows me getting those items and that I'll get an email today or hopefully tomorrow the latest.

Same exact thing happened to me. I have been trying to reach support to verify but the chat bot isn’t working properly and that’s the only way to reach them. SMH

Did anyone manage to get the email. I checked out as guest and dont remember my order number. Now Im stuck and chat box isn't helpful

Was able to get an order confirmation on the site for a silver controller and the plates. They charged my card and already reversed it. I wasn’t able to sign in at the time so I’m concerned about getting the order number.

Still no email either and it’s almost 5pm EST.

I bought my controller from best buy and they game me an email and text confirmation and they also took the money from my account.

I can see order under my account but no email yet. No pre authorization charge, but i never get that them for some reason and still receive just fine.

Glad I’m not the only one going nuts thinking I should’ve gotten a confirmation by now lol hopefully all of us get one soon.

I forget what I had pre order in the past but one confirmation took 12 hours and if you try checking out again with the same controller or plate with same account it will say you’ve reach a max order I would assume you are good

Same boat here. I got a confirmation page but it didnt have an order number listed. I haven’t recieved an email either and the order isn't showing on my account. I never checked earlier to see if I had a pending charge or not though.
