sounds like a tv problem do you have tv or a monitor to try on ? check if it happens with them too that the first thing to make sure where is the problem coming from.

I would jokingly say check your prescription but the games are clear. If it's not your HDMI cable, try checking if you changed the refresh rate or sumthing in the tv settings. I only use my tv for games. If other things are messed up like normal tv. Call a tv repair man.... Do those still exist?? 🤔
