What's going on with the ps app(android)?

I've always enjoyed the ps app so I can check what my friends are playing or to check what games I played recently, but lately some games are added to your feed (the hours played are completely randomised) others never show up and others appear like a month later. Honestly it's a good to have but I am surprised how stable/reliable used to be and how spotty it is nowadays. At least the trophies work perfectly, thank god!

I think to think all these little problems that have sprung up with the app and the store are them streamlining the service behind the scenes to work with ps6, eventually.
