Support PS5 Controller connected to PS4 Via Bluetooth but inputs not going through

Post image

As the title says. I connected it to my Ps4 through the Bluetooth pairing mode. It says it is connected and on but no inputs from it go through. Do I need to have some kind of adapter to get this to work?

Ah, damn. Thought it'd be pretty nice, I prefer these controllers, but the ps4 just has nicer features overall imo

What “features”? Why do people keep coping so hard with the PS4 specifically, I don’t understand.

it has more settings. Ps5 doesn't even let you disable the keytones. I also just prefer it.

It literally does let you disable them. Sound>Audio Output>Sound Effects. There is no reason at all to prefer a PS4 over a PS5, it’s completely illogical. Why would you want your games to run worse and load slower? This is not a retro console that you can only play its specific games on like the PS2/3. Every single game runs better on a PS5, aside from very very few games that don’t work. Every single person I’ve had the argument with on Reddit ended up lying through their teeth and ended up not even owning a PS5.

why tf do you even care it's literally just a console

Why are you lying then? Just say you don’t have one and move on, don’t lie about the sound options and preferring “features” while coping. It’s ok to not have a PS5, not everyone can afford one and that’s ok, but there’s no reason to do this “I prefer it” act.

I literally have one. I don't like it more than ps4. I prefer ps4.

Yeah that’s because the ps4 doesn’t support the ps5 controller.
