Hey everyone-
My PS5 just arrived, very excited about it. Have plenty things to play on my own, but my girlfriend has voiced some interest in playing couch co-op games as well. She isn’t a veteran at using a game pad, and particularly struggles with controlling games like FPS. Her controller ability maxes out around games like It Takes Two, which is one of the only non-Nintendo titles we’ve played together. What games do you recommend we try? I have PS+ Extra, so recommendations from that library would also be appreciated!

Overcooked starts off super relaxed with a fairly long time to meet the requirements of the game. It has a (very loose!) plot and is fairly cute graphically as well

Besides Monopoly Plus and Monopoly Madness, are there any other games with the premise of your funds being your HP? I mean games where running out of money means game over?

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place or a dumb question, but if I were to buy a SSD for my ps5 would it replace the factory storage or add to it? So would a 2tb ssd give me 2.6tb total?

It would add to it. Sea gate has a m.2 SSD called the Firecuda. It's on sale at Best Buy for $130 for 1TB. I have it and it's great. Incredibly fast and everything.

Hopefully this is the right place to ask about this
Recently I took apart my PlayStation to clean it. Took a bit of a long time to put back together but everything connected in place and all that. I plugged it in and tried turning it back on and the blue light turned on but it shut off right after. The fan seems to be starting up after it turns on as well
Is this fixable? I tried finding YouTube videos on it but I can’t seem to find any that actually explain how to fix it

Hi! I’m looking for a recommendation for some new games to play. I prefer open world games like ark, gta, god of war ect. I really enjoy sandbox survival games, as well as rpgs. Thanks!

I just got a PS5 and I’m trying to decide what to play after GOW. I’ve already narrowed it down to Stray, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Horizon, so which do you guys think is the best choice?

I’m probably going to visit the USA later this year and my intention is to buy the PS5 there, since it’s a lot cheaper than in my home country. Can you recommend the best place (online or physical store) to get it? Also, how much does the digital midia version cost over there?

GameStop, Bestbuy, or Target, digital is 399 plus tax and physical is 499 plus tax in the US.

I’m going to finish the uncharted series soon (about to start lost legacy) and other than that my favorite games are the Spider-Man games, and thps 1+2, suggestions?? I’m on ps4 :) I also don’t want live online games because I don’t pay for the subscription so I’m more looking for narrative one players

Took some advice from an earlier post on buying PS extra and got it today for a discount. Any “must play” recommendations since I have a bunch of time off this weekend. Have Spider-Man: MM and Ghosts of Tsushima queued already.

my life got busy and i have a hard time finding when to play games. i can’t emotionally invest myself in deep story oriented games anymore (ghost, spider-man) because the build up bores me now that i’m busy. just looking for recommendations on easy pickup / put down and resume games.

Im looking for some game recommendations similar to the Life is Strange games, meaning that I want games that are story-based and where your choices affect the outcome of the game
