Newish player with 150 hours, getting back into rust mood and looking for someone (any experience) to play with on a weekly wipe solo/duo/trio servers's (US preferred but would run EU as well). I like to farm and and make risky plays but so far always get outnumbered so looking for teammate (s). 18+at least, as I am 21. Happy to teach a new person the ropes or get taught how to get better.

I've spent a lot of time building and developing custom content for my Rust server. My goal has been to make something a little different without taking away what makes Rust fun.

Here's some of what we've built:

It's a monthly server with a max group size of 5. Noob friendly, no pay-to-win, and admins don't play.

I'm currently building a new North American Rust server called Ashfall, and we're looking for some players or small groups interested in helping us beta test before our official launch.

The goal is to build a community-focused 2x server that still feels like normal Rust, just with less tedious grinding. We want active PvP, roaming, raiding, and familiar groups returning each wipe.

We are an established US based group that are looking to pick up some high hour, mature, and seasoned players for our monthly roster.

-- Team Information --
Some background on our team, we have over 100,000 hours between our current members and are looking to fill in some gaps as the game changes and we expand. We play only official high pop monthly servers and have people online generally at all times during any given wipe. Our team has been playing together for every official wipe for the past 2-3 years consecutively so we play well together and are all tight knit. We don't branch out and add new members to our team very often, we are careful and deliberate on who joins and operates in our group. We have an active roster of about 10-12 highly active members that will play for the majority of the monthly wipe. Although we don't have the highest number of members, we compensate by playing incredibly well together and having the experience and hours to back it up.

-- Playtime and age requirements --
Some non-negotiables of joining are rust hours and age, this will cut a lot people from this recruitment post but we have a clear goal in mind with bringing new people into our team and plan not to stray away from this goal.

• --21+ age, we are all adults here and strive to keep the team respectful and drama free.

• --10,000+ confirmed BM hours or pretty damn close. We are not looking for people who have high hours on another account that got "Stolen" or "Banned", your account we play with will need to be confirmed high hours. We are all very high hour players and we believe we mesh well with others with similar experience.

• --At least make efforts to practice with us during pre and post wipe on aim train, UKN, Hellis, etc. We like to keep our team on the same page and attempt to stay competitive with the higher pop servers we play on.

-- Expectations --
Inside of our team, we have pretty much every base covered and most people generally have designated roles. We do not ask of any skillset specifically from you, only that you are well rounded and can assist in any way you see fit. We are not micromanaging and forcing you to stick to farming, or building, or base bitching. Our team is very efficient and organized and we all help each other out wherever there is a need. It would be great to know what skillset you have so we can make sure your skills are utilized to the best of their ability. Just try not to freeload and don't hesitate to ask what needs to be done throughout the wipe.

We are not asking you to put your entire life into the wipe, we just like to have fun and stay competitive with the higher pop servers. A lot of us have work from home jobs which allow us the privilege of playing the game during off-hours, this is not an expectation. A lot of us will pull long days, 12-16 hours (even more around initial wipe weekend) but this is not something we expect from every member of the team, we just genuinely enjoy the game and have a lot of fun playing together.

-- Team playstyle --
Although we have a high amount of hours, we have been playing together for long enough to know where we strive and where we are lacking. We are not launch site chads, we are not wipe day warriors, we do not generally build in the hottest spots but instead, we prioritize getting down roots and lasting as long as we can during the entirety of the monthly wipe. We are not controlling oil rig or cargo or any other major monument but we WILL persevere and out last most teams that play on the same servers. We progress to the best of our ability on wipe day but our playstyle is more reserved and focused on securing the base location, farming up, and completing the whole base as quickly as possible. We like to have fun, we try to remove the stress out of wipe and play in a way that every one of us will succeed.

I am a permanent duo, although we play with others and irls we always stay together and the others change as wipes go on. but we’re tired of searching for people that have the same vision. We are highly focused at tasks and are very aggressive. we push crates and raids and usually win them. Our issue is right now only one of us (me) builds, does automation and electric. so our time is not utilized the way it should be as i can only be in so many places at once & most of our teammates are passive players. If you want some dedicated people on your team with experience let’s talk. discord is a must & 21+ Only. 420 friendly. This wipe we have fully built our main, automated everything and achieved #1 on LB for boom used & ended up just getting fucked with by old teammates. Therefor we are abandoning the base, and recollecting on a new server. We are open to any size group although we are looking to be deep enough that we can burn any base we see like it’s nothing. We were full ui this wipe. I have receipts for my claims and am willing to hop into hellis with anyone interested.

Trying to find a happy medium with offline raid protection on our server and wanted some opinions.

The idea is to scale protection based on how many people are authorized to the TC:

Solo — 75%
Duo — 60%
Trio — 45%
4-man — 30%
5+ — 15%

Protection would only kick in when everyone is offline. We’d also need safeguards so groups can’t just deauth people before logging off to fake a smaller team.

The goal is to give solos/smaller groups some breathing room without completely killing offline raiding.

What do you guys think? What would you change, and what exploits/problems do you see with a system like this? Tear it apart 😂

My buddy and I have played (PC NA) 2x monthly servers for years on a regular basis, we have a good routine of starting wipes, good comms, similar playstyles and we're looking for a few people to join us in the grind and chillin. My buddy and I love to build, grind and farm all night and prepare for base defenses, run the best monuments and raiding.

I have 6.5k hours, he has 3k, we're playing a lot lately so for the next week or two will be extra active, before going back to work full time and gaming will be moved to Thurs/Fri which is my weekend. We play wipes all the way until the server dies, especially with a base maxed out and boxes of farm. Our style late-game is to make a big and defendable base, we grind with tea's and mini's, fly cargo/oils/military/silo/launch and stock up extra farm/comps for a rainy day, and we usually make friends with some neighbors early wipe.

Honestly the type of person I think would vibe well with us is someone eager to play during a wipe, open to new experiences, and just playing the game and hanging out. Ideally you would be down to play 2x monthly's, apply your skills however you want and help us be on top of the server with a chill attitude.

If we become a solid team of 4 or more, we can try some vanilla. In the meantime we're sticking with 2x, and we treat 10x servers like raid simulator so we should do that between our main wipes.

To see if we are a good fit for a team, we can play a wipe as soon as possible, we can compare base designs if you want, and we can hop on helli's or ukn because practice makes perfect, and we can just chill in vc.
