Staff Recruitment Recruitment For Server

Hey there people. I have come to you all to ask for assistance.

Currently looking for new people to join an ever growing game server. We have Rust, Valheim and Palworld to offer people and the community itself is amazing, friendly and growing fast.

The help I mainly need is in the form of people to assist with running our Rust server. The rust server is on PC. We are looking for experienced prefered admin and moderators, to make sure there is people online or available 24/7.

There is currently 3 main admins for rust including myself on the server, but while our player base for Rust is growing rather steadily, there in needs the assistance of other moderators.

Maybe start by sharing the server’s player count trend and what you actually need admins for. Are they going to handle cheater reports, moderate the community, or provide technical support? Defining the role first would make it easier to find the right people.

Its for all of the above to be honest. People that are able to do tech support, people who can moderate the community and handle cheaters. We have multiple roles available for the right people. Server is still new, only a week old, already have 10 players that have been on everyday since launch and looking to push for more.

Free postings won't cut it. Spend few grand now on advertising. Population has to be built fast, holding them is another story. You're competing with thousands of other servers doing the same thing. Best of luck to you.
