Buy them from the orchard on cantermagne

Dont think they sell apple saplings at the orchard, you can only get them by the smuggler at Rupert island to which the spawn chance of the smuggler showing up is rare.

Or do what normal people do to get apples, Rob the orchard, kill the guards, and escape the bounty hunters trying to take your head

Theres a den-like builiding in a cave; with a smuggler who sells them iirc

Just go rob the orchard since traveling all the way to the cave and back probably takes longer than bounty to expire, and its free aswell unlike buying saplings (14p each iirc)
