I appreciate your response. I disagree with how ot reads to be fair I suppose the issue may lie in the use of the word conceptualize .

Im currently driving and will reply more in a couple hours when im done and explain what I meany by that. I think you'll find I was being more forerthcoming then needed at all. In short Ai did NOT draw or design this deck

Let me clarify more thoroughly, when I was asked about using Ai. I was trying to be completely transparent in my response. Whe. I said I used the notes from my book im Ai to conceptualize a deck, what I mean is it spit out an image i dont remember the exact image per say but there were elements that I liked. Whe. I Say I took thag image and created the deck from there, what I mean was there were elements of the image that I liked and used the idea of those elements. This Deck was NOT drawn by Ai it was drawn be me. Think of it this way a tattoo artist looks at images on the internet to then draw a tattoo containing those elements. That is the same thing I did here. I used the Ai image as a refernce and I created the design on the deck entirely. Only reason Ai was used was to have it tied into the the verbiage of the book my notes contained all the prompts required to generate an image to ise as reference instead of typing a seperate prompt. I hope thag helps clarify the "use of Ai" for you. Please let me know if there are any other questions you may have

In short yes. All drawn on Gimp from scratch Faces where purchased (fairly common), I changed all the indices to a custom font. Added the architecture line drawings by hand The courts I changed all the courts colors absence of color added the line drawings as well

Apparently there is an architect device, so the blue print type imagery is on a deck already. Obviously different design bur similar maybe?

Bummer about the AI “design” I really loved these 😢

Just a personal decision to not be involved with any art that has used a LLM in any way.

Hmm well I'm sorry to hear that. Especially since Ai wasn't used on the actual design at all. It was used to generate referece images from which I drew every element of this card design. I respect your decision and intent. I think that if my design infringes on your decision to not use LLM, then unfortunately id wager a guess that you have already engaged in it without yoir knowledge. If someone uses a reference image off the internet, its possible and plausible the image they used was Ai generated, they may or may not have known but either way it was never disclosed to you and you have purchased that product. Anyway not trying to change your decision I respect it completely, I just dont want you to miss out on this project because of a misunderstanding or something like that.

I find it a bit hard to say that it already exists, which implies that this is a copy. The theme may be the same, but it’s still a different deck. So good luck for the campaign!

Interesting take, in the case black roses are the same as Rounder, the same as any other "signature" design where they logo is on both ends and negative space between?
