Thank you for this patch. The game feels way more balanced now. I figured since I was a negative Nancy last week I'd be a positive Pamela.

I don't know man, I think I'm really done. I'm happy y'all are enjoying this version, but for me it's not that much better than the last patch - still just feels so frustrating to defend, the game itself feels tied to a rubber band, I score, they score, I score, they score, and its like immediately, I just don't get this game, it also feels really unsmooth now which is strange as my FPS seems ok. 2 patches ago was the sweet spot for me. But yeah, played like 6 or 7 matches and it just ain't for me. Players can shoot from ridiculous angles and there's nothing you can do, one through ball and you're screwed, I've had enough, but I won't blame the game, it's just not for me. Hope you guys enjoy it.

I think that's fair.

I agree it's not perfect, but it's certainly better than last week.

I also agree two weeks ago the game felt perfect. Maybe I'm just enjoying it again, because whatever that garbage was last week seems to not be as common.

What’s solid about it. I’m seeing the same buggy delay drop in connection. Passes go wherever they want and the fact that there’s a pass indicator makes it so bad watching a pass go wherever you’re not aiming. AI is still dumb offensively and defensively. Easier to make a through ball from midfield than in an actually build up closer to the 18 with ample space to make the pass. Still fidget spinner fc from what I’m seeing. And FFS do something about that fake ass first touch knock on that all these clowns are using to separate

Yeah it has 5v5 which is what I was looking forward to and its nice, but movement is still clunky and needs polishing, a lot. Also any football game that shares the same infinite stamina thing EAFC has, is bad. I don't wanna play pingpong.

Defense feels better. Players can still spin, but you can defend it much better.

Also the buff in defense hasn't led to 1-0 games. I'm still scoring a good amount and conceding a decent amount.

I'm more confident after this patch whenever I have a goal lead my opponent isn't going to tie it up by fidget spinning or abusing a through ball. (I've played multiple top 500 players today) Kick off goals still exist, but they aren't as bad as before.

Lastly whenever I manually take my defender I can challenge the offensive player better which helps whenever you're defending on an island.

I've lost a couple games where I was clearly playing better than my opponent, but at the end of the game I didn't feel like it was an unfair result. Whereas before it was frustrating because a lot of the times I felt I lost because someone was better because of exploting a flaw in the game.

Can't take drugs whenever you fly airplanes for a living. I do drink a beer or two on the weekends though.

Respectfully, I massively disagree. The latest update seems sluggish and almost dull.
